Dry sensitive skin is easily irritated by environmental triggers, making it even more sensitive. It requires more than a gentle moisturiser to become less sensitive.
Eucerin pH5 Soft Body Cream has been specially formulated to make dry sensitive body skin more resilient and less sensitive. The unique Eucerin pH Balance System contains Citrate Buffer, a derivative of Citric Acid that restores and supports skin’s optimal pH. The formula also includes Dexpanthenol, an active ingredient known for its regenerative properties.
The Soft Body Cream gives skin the daily hydration it needs and leaves it looking and feeling soft and smooth with no greasy residue. Lightly fragranced, it comes in a convenient 450ml jar for full body application.
How to Use
Apply daily (or more regularly if appropriate) after showering or bathing.
Massage gently into skin.

Clinical Formula
Panthenol
Panthenol and Dexpanthenol are two names commonly used for the same ingredient. Panthenol participates in numerous metabolic processes (e.g. energy production, synthesis of fatty acids) and helps to improve hydration in the outermost layers of the skin. Panthenol converts into Panthotenic Acid (a B-Complex Vitamin) in the skin and enhances skin regeneration and repair. When applied regularly, it has been proven to considerably improve symptoms of skin irritation such as dryness, roughness, scaling and redness. It is also an effective moisturizer. Very well absorbed by the skin, it regenerates, stimulates epithelialisation and wound healing. It alleviates irritation and inflammation.
Citrate Buffer
The Citrate Buffer consists of Citric Acid and its sodium salt which are key components in maintaining the skin’s physiological pH balance. Key benefits are:

Eucerin pH5 Soft Body Cream has been specially formulated to combine excellent skin protection and regeneration with clinically proven skin tolerability. Eucerin pH5 Soft Body Cream is suitable for frequent use on skin that is prone to type 1 allergies such as Hay Fever.
Before applying a new product all over your body, test it first by applying it repeatedly to the skin on the inside of your elbow. If there’s no reaction (e.g. redness, swelling or itching) then it’s safe to assume the product is compatible with your skin. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you ask a pharmacist or dermatologist for their advice.
